CURLS REVIEW!!!

Little does my daughter know that my secret desire would be that after using Curly Q’s from Curls she would love her curls so much she would wear her hair down to school. See we have always taught her to be proud of her natural beautiful curls but for some reason she still is very self-conscious when her hair is out. I went to see her holiday concert today at school and noticed one thing; she seemed to be the only girl with natural curls.

When our package from CURLS came today my daughter was so excited to see that Madison Pettis, the actress from “Corey in the house”, “The Game Plan” and “Are you smarter than a 5th grader”. She loves this actress and her beautiful hair and was definitely glad to see her representing CURLS.

Cutie Curl Cleansing Cream:

This rich and creamy sulfate free cleanser gently cleanses your angel's curls, hydrates, and conditions the hair all in one step! Produces a mild, gentle lather, as it is sulfate (detergent) free. Infused with Carrot Seed oil, Horse Chestnut, Sage Leaf and Arnica Montana Flower Extract, this exceptionally formulated cleanser with cleanse, hydrate and condition her hair all in one step! Follow up with Coconut Dream Conditioner, rinse off conditioner.

We took out her twists and got ready to use Cutie Curl Cleansing Cream. The first thing we both noticed was the scent. My daughter immediately said, “MMM that smells good enough to eat!!” along with comments about how it smelled like frosting, cake and eggnog. The smell was delicious. This shampoo had a nice light lather, which worked well through her curls. The one thing we usually have a hard time with is rinsing, a lot of shampoo’s tend to get caught up in her curly hair and take forever to rinse out. Cutie Curl Cleansing Cream rinsed out so quickly, I was very impressed.

Coconut Dream Conditioner:

After rinsing with warm water, I squeezed some of the excess water out of her hair and applied an ample amount of Coconut Dream Moisturizing Conditioner. The conditioner smelled very similar to the shampoo but maybe even a little better, if that’s possible. I smoothed the conditioner through her hair and left it in for 5 minutes before carefully detangling with a wide tooth comb. We then rinsed her hair and found the conditioner was very easy to rinse out as well and made J's hair feel so soft and silky.

Moist Curls Moisturizer/Detangler:

Moist Curls is the daily detangling liquid moisturizer you've been looking for! This hot seller detangles, revives, protects, moisturizes and conditions your angel's curls. Give her curls a boost while protecting them from the harsh environmental elements. For best result use daily on wet or dry hair.

NOTE: The sprayer is meant to spray in a stream (vs mist) to enable for quick saturation of Moist Curls to enable fast and easy detangling

After patting her hair to get some of the water out we applied the Moist Curls Moisturizer and detangled her hair with her Denman brush. This moisturizer had a nice light scent and detangled her hair very easily. The spray saturated her hair well, instead of the light mist of most spray bottles that take much longer to saturate the hair well.

Curly Q Gel-les'c (pronounced Curly Q Jealousy):

Application:

Day #1 - Apply Curly QGel-les'c to freshly cleansed/conditioned hair, while it is still wet. Gently work through curls from root to end. Allow to air dry.

Day #2 - Refresh with Moist Curls Moisturizer, apply Curly Q Gel-les'c only as needed.

I then used Curly Q Gel-les’ C , I smoothed it through her hair, scrunched and let her hair air dry. Her curls looked great! There was no stiffness, her hair had a nice scent to it and looked shiny. Her curls were under control and not “too big.” I personally love her hair big but since she is self conscious about having her hair out I try to be cautious of this. After letting her hair dry with the Moisturizer and Curl Gel-les’ C her curls were contained, looking shiny, healthy and beautiful! She was very happy and started putting in her order for more products for Christmas! Best part, she was willing to wear her hair DOWN!
